These terms and conditions govern your use of Lexicon Book Publishers services and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This document constitutes the Lexicon Book Publishers Digital and Print Distribution Agreement (“Agreement“) between you and Lexicon Book Publishers, referred to in this Agreement as “us,” “we,” and “Lexicon Book Publishers.”
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the book publishing, distribution, printing, promotional, and other services (the “Services“) provided by Lexicon Book Publishers through the website https://lexiconbookpublishers.com or other affiliated websites and services operated by or on behalf of Lexicon Book Publishers and its Licensees (as defined below).
By accepting this Agreement or utilizing the Services, including the submission of materials for distribution by Lexicon Book Publishers (whether uploaded to the Website or submitted physically, such as Books or print publications), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein and any additional terms referenced.
Lexicon Book Publishers retains the right to add, remove, or modify any terms and conditions in this Agreement at its discretion by posting changes on the Site. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or other suitable means. If you find any modification unacceptable, your only option is to terminate your account and cease using the Services.
To terminate the distribution Agreement, log into your Lexicon Book Publishers account and cancel distribution under all applicable partners in My Books > View Status. Continued use of the Services after a change notice or new agreement will be deemed as acceptance.
However, modifications to this Agreement will not apply to any disputes arising between you and Lexicon Book Publishers before the modification date.
By submitting the order and/or payment, you are purchasing the product for your use only. All products are drafted by freelance writers who transfer all rights and ownership regarding the products to the company. All products are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. It is your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any order and/or payment to this website.
It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policies to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the Lexicon Book Publishers policies. We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:
Lexicon Book Publishers offers a 100% refund on all its services; however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.
Refund Policy Will Be Void If:
You have chosen a special or custom package.
You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts.
The customer has not been contacted or has been unresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
The project is placed on hold upon customer request.
Company’s policies have been violated.
The creative brief lacks required information from the client.
The business is closing or changing its name.
Reasons such as “change of mind,” “disagreement with a partner,” or unrelated issues will not be valid for refund.
Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions, the refund will not be applicable.
Change of Mind:
You are entitled to a 100% refund before our writers/editors begin the project.
If you change your mind after placing the order, a refund can be requested within the first hour, subject to a 15% processing fee thereafter.
Incompetent Delivery:
Customers are entitled to a refund after all revision options are exhausted and the final delivery is still unsatisfactory. A refund may then be processed by mutual agreement.
Late Delivery:
If delivery is late and at least three attempts to contact us have failed, and it’s proven the delay was on our end, a refund may be issued.
Refund Time Frame:
Refunds must be claimed within 120 days of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.
Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued:
Minor technical issues such as grammatical or formatting errors.
Delays caused by the customer.
Low-quality writing claims without valid basis.
a. Lexicon Book Publishers retains all rights, titles, and interests in the content, including texts, images, graphics, and multimedia materials provided through our services.
b. Users are responsible for submitted content and grant Lexicon Book Publishers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute that content.
a. Users must comply with all applicable laws.
b. Users may not engage in disruptive activity such as hacking, transmitting viruses, or spamming.
a. Payment is required for services and products as listed and may be subject to change.
b. Payments are processed via secure gateways. Lexicon Book Publishers does not store credit card details and is not responsible for breaches on third-party payment systems.
a. Users must respect copyrights and trademarks.
b. If you believe your intellectual property has been violated, contact us for prompt resolution.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this policy.
Lexicon Book Publishers may terminate or suspend access for policy violations.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 24-hour written notice.
To terminate, email info@lexiconbookpublishers.com with your username, associated email, and subject line:
“Termination of Digital and Print Distribution Agreement.”
For removal of specific titles, email info@lexiconbookpublishers.com with your details and the titles you wish to remove. Allow 4–6 weeks for removal from global outlets.
Lexicon Book Publishers is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
a. Lexicon Book Publishers may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
b. Continued use of services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
